"If you're looking for one stop shopping, look no further. Salmon Arm Honda is the only place you'll need to go. Competitive prices, quality product and excellent service. Spring 2011, Richard and his staff went above and beyond when my 2003 Honda Pilot's transmission went. Although this is not a common occurrence for Honda, being the 2nd owner of the vehicle with no warranty, and not buying it from Salmon Arm (as the dealership was not built yet), I had my doubts what could be done. Richard and his staff stood behind his product regardless where it came from and covered the cost of a new transmission, plus loaned me a car while it was being fixed. Now that is Service! I love my Honda Pilot, and I can't say enough about Salmon Arm Honda or about Richard and his staff. Thanks for getting this hockey mom back on the road."

Last month, we replaced an excellent 2003 Odyssey with a new Touring edition at Salmon Arm Honda. Our family and several relatives have purchased Hondas almost exclusively over most of the last 2 decades so we already knew of the products, quality and reliability. Had Honda chosen to put the six speed automatic in other than
the top of the line Odyssey we’d have probably replaced our previous van a couple years ago. But since we continued to be most satisfied with what we had, we delayed. Nevertheless, once we checked out and test drove the new van, we started thinking more positively about making the change. We took several weeks to make our decision and at no time did we feel pressure from our salesman Troy. In the end we negotiated what I consider to be a very fair deal- both in terms of the trade-in value for the previous van as well as the inclusions in the drive-away price. On the day of purchase, the staff at Salmon Arm Honda were most professional and friendly- from the receptionist to finance to the folks in the service department. This Odyssey is literally stuffed with new technologies and as such we returned to the dealership a couple times in the first week for minor adjustments and to have queries answered. Without exception Tim and his staff immediately attended to us and the vehicle and we were quickly on our way. They also followed up to ensure we were satisfied. As retirees, we have been most impressed with every aspect of dealing with the staff, in all departments, at Salmon Arm Honda and consider this to have been probably the best vehicle purchase experience we have had."

"Dear Salmon Arm Honda,
Wanting to give recognition to the dealership in regards to the exceptional service your staff offer to the city of Salmon Arm. Every time I have gone in to have my 2009 Honda Civic serviced , or to inquire about my warranties, tire rotations, oil changes , and auto detailing, the staff have offered 100% of their time to me. I cannot express how important it is in a service oriented business that I as a consumer perceive customer service. When you walk in the door a staff member smiles , asks the question "Can I help you", and then personally sees to that you are not left waiting for another staff member to ask you the same question. Your staff put the customer first , they are knowledgeable on your products, whether it be automotive or powerhouse and I speak highly of the quality of service you offer. Sincerely, Leah Bousfield"

"On December 29, 2011 I had an appointment to have our 2003 CR-V serviced. While waiting for the vehicle I noticed a 2011 CR-V in the show room and decided to look it over and that led to my recent purchase. While I was looking at this vehicle Tim Giandomenico, a sales representative, came out and offered to answer any of my questions. After a short time, I told Tim to give me a trade-in difference for my vehicle toward the purchase of this unit in the showroom. There was no pressure what so ever, he gave me numbers, I went home and discussed this with my wife and after a phone call or two negotiating a few options, the purchase was completed. The price I received for my vehicle was fare, the exercise with the purchase was without pressure and I picked it up the next day. This is my third Honda, my second CR-V and will probably return for another in a few years. Excellent service."
